Sihola Softphone is simple and very easy to use. Once you sign-up for a Sihola phone service you can download the software and load it on a Windows compatible laptop or desktop computer.

The dialing interface looks just like a normal telephone key pad. Simply point and click to speak through your computer. We highly recommend that you use a quality headset with a microphone rather than relying on the audio input/output devices that come standard with your computing equipment.

Important: 911 Dialing Notes

Because Sihola SoftPhone usage is a mobile activity, it is not compatible with E911 or Basic 911. However, if you dial 911 from your SoftPhone your call will be routed to the Sihola emergency call center. A trained agent will answer your call and contact an emergency center near you to dispatch help. You must provide your location and call back information to the answering agent and the local personnel they contact.
